Hitachi Transport System has been offering proxy services to cater to the import/export needs of Hitachi Group companies for 50 years. Based on the know-how accumulated over the years, we are able to offer complete export management on behalf of our customers which includes acquiring transportation insurance and various certificates necessary for international trade administration, in addition to preparing shipping documents (i.e. invoice, packing list) necessary for both ocean and air import/export.

By using the Hitachi Transport System´s Lading System, information regarding our customer´s shipment at any time during the outlined shipping process is easily accessible.
- (1) The customer submits cargo details and any other information necessary for exportation from the customer.
- (2) After booking a reservation for ocean or air shipment the customer is notified about the details.
- (3) We prepare the required shipping documents (i.e. I/V, P/L), handle customs procedures, and then export the cargo.
- (4) After exporting the cargo, we prepare the necessary documents and clear customs before notifying (sending the documents to) the customer.
- (5) All documents related to the shipment will be saved by us as electronic data, and will be accessible to the customer at any time.
