Recently, market and society ask companies strongly to comply with laws and to keep voluntarily high ethics. The Company established Compliance Office in June of 2002 and has introduced an internal ´hotline´ & counseling system and an audit system.
In addition to promote compliance education and enlightenment activities throughout the group to form highly ethical corporate culture, we will be a reliable company for customers by compliance management in every business.

We have introduced internal reporting and counseling systems in an effort to prevent, quickly detect and deal with any forms of illegal or inappropriate conduct.
Both of these systems are open to executives, employees and part-time, temporary and contract staff working for Hitachi Transport System or any of our group companies. We make every effort to protect the personal details of all parties filing reports and ensure that reports remain confidential. Furthermore, we strictly prohibit the unfair treatment of any member of staff as a result of filing a report.
